First Service The actual service for my Q5 was great. I got a A7 loaner and everything went smoothly. The problem was when I went to pick up my vehicle. I returned the loaner and came to the front desk where they checked that my car was ready. I waited for an hour while people kept on saying that it was coming. Then silence. Already desperate, I came back in to ask what’s was wrong... finally someone told me that they had misplacedy keys and that they were still looking. No one apologized or said anything else when my car finally came back. I’ve replied to tests to ask me about my experience and no one has contacted me. More

Had a very Great experience Radi is an awesome sales man. Very polite and gentle. He took utmost care and gave us maximum rebate possible compared to any other store. When we are about to pick up the vehicle, we saw a slight scar and Radi & team fixed it by polishing the whole front part of car in just 15 mins. Service Above and Beyond I was having trouble pairing my garage door opener with my new Q5. I was told to bring it in. Great experience at Audi Palo Alto We bought an A7 last week and received great service from the manager, sales person Larry and the finance person Tony who did the paperwork. The entire transaction was quick and smooth though we got to the dealership at close time. After we got our keys Do Nguyen, the trainer gave us a quick overview of the key features but since it was close to 9pm - we decided to schedule another time. He came home last Friday eve and patiently walked us through all the imports features! Great service and very pleasant experience. More
