Great service I stopped by The Palo Alti location due to a warning related to my tire pressure. Alfred assisted me and I mentioned that I had received a notice for I stopped by The Palo Alti location due to a warning related to my tire pressure. Alfred assisted me and I mentioned that I had received a notice for my 25,000 mile tune-up as well as a recall notice. Alfred immediately checked to see when I could come in and in fact let me know they could take me that day. He coordinated a loaner car and took my car in without issue. Car was returned the next day and Alfred truly made me feel like a valued client! More

Audi Palo Alto service asked to examine my 2014 Allroad to assure me that the trip was safe to undertake. After topping off the oil and adjusting the tire pressure, service technicians assured me that my 35000 mile service could be safely done after my return. Following my return service work was.completed. In addition, tire damage was found and new tires recommended. I agreed. Excellent service. More

Wonderful!!! This was my best experience at a dealership and I don’t even live In the area. I live in Orange County. Long story short I was getting the run around This was my best experience at a dealership and I don’t even live In the area. I live in Orange County. Long story short I was getting the run around from local So Cal Audi dealerships and was ready to give up. I called late one night and spoke with sales manger Charlie. I told him what I needed for a trade in and what car I was interested on his lot. Within 10 min we made a deal over the phone and I agreed to drive up. Radek Kubiak took over from there. Called me later that not on his time off and went over the details. Would hold the car for me while I drive up. Radek did a excellent job following up with me and waiting for me to show up. When I arrived after my 7 hour drive he had everything ready and he honored the deal we agreed upon. Gino Maynetto also was great and was very pleasant to work with. He explained all the finances and worked with my credit union loan even though it was not local. We sealed the deal and drive home. Even after the sale Radek continued to help me set up my car and Gino sent me the info I needed. I’m now enjoying my 2018 etron I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership for your Audi needs even if you don’t live in the area. More

Hassle free car purchase using Costco buyer program We started at Fremont being closer to us but could not get the Costco price sheet it was months gone by and we decided to change to Palo Alto which wa We started at Fremont being closer to us but could not get the Costco price sheet it was months gone by and we decided to change to Palo Alto which was the best decision. The Palo Alto dealership had no problem immediately providing the Costco pricing and we ended up driving home with a car within the week.
