Jerked around First, I made an appointment and gave my vin so they knew exactly what I was coming in for. I get to my appt and turns out you don't have the part, ev First, I made an appointment and gave my vin so they knew exactly what I was coming in for. I get to my appt and turns out you don't have the part, even though you knew I would need it! I reschedule to come back the following weekend. I am told it will take less than an hour. I have the email to prove it. Last weekend I arrive at my early appt and no one is there to check me in. I have to wait 30+ min to check in. I am told the work will take about 3 hours because there are two recalls. They knew this the weekend before when I was told 1 hour! The service rep doesn’t care at all that I’m upset. Just wants to get me in a Lyft and get rid of me. Overall very dissatisfied with the information i was given. I felt jerked around and unvalued. I won't be returning here, even for recall work. More
