My interactions with other members of staff were fine, but less impressive so you should definitely seek out Paola to ensure amazing service. Irritated Had my car in for oil change and check the wind shield wipers for the second time. For the second time, service has come back with no issues on wipers Had my car in for oil change and check the wind shield wipers for the second time. For the second time, service has come back with no issues on wipers. We are now driving up to Tahoe and the wipers streak and squeek so loudly ! So disaapotrd that I have had the car in twice for the same issue Also, waited 45min for my car after receiving a text that it was complete. Not a great experience this time. Colene More

Felt literally harassed by the check in guys. Awful The check in guy was very rude. It was an awful experience. When I checked in, they did not have the part. Jerked around First, I made an appointment and gave my vin so they knew exactly what I was coming in for. I get to my appt and turns out you don't have the part, ev First, I made an appointment and gave my vin so they knew exactly what I was coming in for. I get to my appt and turns out you don't have the part, even though you knew I would need it! I reschedule to come back the following weekend. I am told it will take less than an hour. I have the email to prove it. Last weekend I arrive at my early appt and no one is there to check me in. I have to wait 30+ min to check in. I am told the work will take about 3 hours because there are two recalls. They knew this the weekend before when I was told 1 hour! The service rep doesn’t care at all that I’m upset. Just wants to get me in a Lyft and get rid of me. Overall very dissatisfied with the information i was given. I felt jerked around and unvalued. I won't be returning here, even for recall work. More
