We showed it to Michael Low’s sales partner – Paula, I think. Paula spoke with Michael and he assured us that we could return on Monday (January 7) and get that fixed. On that Monday, January 7 morning, Ahres called and asked if we could reschedule to the following Monday, January 14 because of the rain and how it'd be better for the paint touch-up with less moisture. So, that's what we did. If I could split hairs on this survey, I would give five stars to Ahres as well as Michael and then three stars to others. Michael made our purchasing experience simple and relatively stress-free. Ahres was attentive and also had excellent customer service. That said, the three stars would go to those who saw me this past Monday sort of standing and looking around the service area and didn't ask me if I'd been helped, even though I didn't remotely look as though I knew what I was doing or where I should go. Three stars would also go to the service guy who helped me in Ahres' absence (lunch break) and here’s why: To this substitute for Ahres, I explained how the driver side wiper was not working, leaving a sort of transparent residue, not exactly streaking, as we drove our new Q7 off the lot in the rain. (I tried to take a photo of it, but it’s not apparent in a photo.) When it quickly became clear that I might have to pay for wiper replacement, I asked why when the wiper wasn't working properly the day that we drove off the lot. In reply, this substitute then asked quickly, a bit pointedly, and slightly accusatorily, "Why didn't you turn around and come back right away?" I was caught off guard by the tone of that question. I explained that we had to be somewhere (not mentioning that we were already late), but to this substitute I did _not_ feel the need to detail how we had already been told that day of buying the Q7 to bring the vehicle back the Monday after our Saturday purchase...and that I was standing there on January 14 before this substitute a full week and a half later simply because I was *asked* to reschedule. The substitute then asked another service representative about this situation and who would cover the cost of the wiper replacement. That other service representative was only two desks away, probably overhearing the situation while helping another customer. It took him less than five seconds to declare that the replacement would be at no cost to me. Thumbs up to Michael Low and Ahres (with whom I later spoke about the whole thing). Audi Palo Alto took absolute care of me again I had an Appointment with John Su Service Consultant. I arrived from Monterey California at 7:00 for a 7:45 appointment. They took me in before they I had an Appointment with John Su Service Consultant. I arrived from Monterey California at 7:00 for a 7:45 appointment. They took me in before they were officially open at 7:15 so I didn’t have to wait. We discussed what needed to be done I was in for my 75,000 mile Inspection 2012 Audi A6 3.0 T Quattro Brilliant Black which Audi Care took care of along with my next Inspection. I highly recommend you pre pay for Audi Care. I also was there for my Rear Brakes and Rotors to be changed. I drive an average of 150 miles a day from Monterey to San Jose. After John Su and I conversed about what I needed. I went to pick up my Loaner a Brand New 2018 A5 Sportback Quattro Prestige with only 1,000 miles on it. It took less than 10 minutes and I was on my way to my next destination. I was called by John Su my Service Consultant that I needed Front Pads and Rotors and Rear Pads and Rotors. I was also told that it would take at least 2 days to complete which I completely understand. After the Service was completed John Su called me to tell me it was completeted and I could pick up my Audi. I was already Home in Monterey and told him I would pick it up tomorrow in the afternoon. When I arrived at Audi Palo Alto I parked the Loaner Audi. Handed John Su my keys and paid for my Service he went over what was done on my Audi handed to me the Inspection Report and I was on my way after he retrieved my Audi. Thank You John Su for making my experience and his associates a most pleasant one. More

He went over all the details of functions of Audi and features. Finance dept experience was also really easy to deal with, straight-forward, and stress-free. Overall very satisfied. More
Poor customer service We brought our car on for a 10,000 service. We came all the way from Santa Cruz. We told the service rep that the gas pedal squeezed every time we pressed it and would like it looked at. He said that was normal. I reiterated that this was a new problem. He never had the mechanic check it. When we picked up the car, we asked the mechanic to come out and check it. He was fantastic. His name is Alias. We had to schedule yet another visit—from Santa Cruz to Palo Algol to get it repaired. Both times we told them we needed a loaner car. Neither time was one available. 5 stars to Alias. Very poor customer service! More
