Didn't manage stock The folks who work in the service center are helpful and friendly, and I will return in the future. However I did have an issue as described below. The folks who work in the service center are helpful and friendly, and I will return in the future. However I did have an issue as described below. I made an appointment for the Takata airbag recall. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told the replacement parts are backordered for several weeks. So I lost an hour and had to reschedule. I understand parts may be in short supply, but the system should have prevented me from making the appointment, or someone should have proactively rescheduled the appointment. I still gave 4 stars as all my prior appointments have gone well. More
Lacking when compared to other Audi service centers Up front, I was not offered a clear set of options for my 75k service. I needed to ask and pry about combined service packages to get both the 75k and Up front, I was not offered a clear set of options for my 75k service. I needed to ask and pry about combined service packages to get both the 75k and 85k service. Initial estimate was approximately a $1700 cost for just the 75k service, which included scrubbing the carbon off the fuel intake manifold. Ultimately did not do this. It felt like an upsell. Recommendation to frame the options better up front. After first day, I was told they did not have the transmission fluid refill tool. Tool checks should be done before accepting the vehicle for a given service. This feels like a common tool. How was it missed? Car was held for an extra day. Inconvenient to have to travel back and forth to pick up a loaner vehicle. After day 2, I didn’t not receive an update until I texted close to end of day for an update. Attendee initially told me car would be done in the morning. When picking up car, service mats and plastic were still in the interior. I threw them out myself. Interior was not cleaned at all. Exterior was not washed properly either. Overall a very disappointing service. Have never had issue with Audi as a customer of 7 years. Will be looking for a new service center moving forward. Doesn’t seem like there is an attention to detail across the board. More

Very disappointed I received a recall notice and arranged for an appointment on line. When I arrived I was told the parts weren’t in stock. I had to follow up despite promises from Audi to do so. When I brought the car back I requested that the door seal be replaced , which I was told they did. When I got home the rubber seal was still loose in the same area where it have come loose before. Audi insisted that it had been replaced. The frame seal looked like it hadn’t. I have to bring the car back again for repair. Never had sevice problem like this with my BMWs or Lexus. More
