Very disappointed I received a recall notice and arranged for an appointment on line. When I arrived I was told the parts weren’t in stock. I had to follow up despite p I received a recall notice and arranged for an appointment on line. When I arrived I was told the parts weren’t in stock. I had to follow up despite promises from Audi to do so. When I brought the car back I requested that the door seal be replaced , which I was told they did. When I got home the rubber seal was still loose in the same area where it have come loose before. Audi insisted that it had been replaced. The frame seal looked like it hadn’t. I have to bring the car back again for repair. Never had sevice problem like this with my BMWs or Lexus. More
