Both were very easy and pleasant to work with. Since it was on New Year's Eve and the last day of the promotions, the review of the paperwork was going to take a long time. Luan offered to bring the documents to my house to sign later in the evening. Everyone at the dealership that day was great. When I picked up the car on Jan 1st, Luan greeted me, but seemed distracted and busy even though he was aware of when I planned to come in to pick up the car. He passed the hand-off and training to his brother Do. That experience was not positive at all. He did not seem to know what he was supposed to do. He just kept asking me what else I wanted to know. In the end I just told him I would leave and figure everything out on my own. He just said I could go and I never closed out with Luan. When I bought my BMW, I had a very different experience where I knew exactly how everything worked when I left with my new car. It felt like I was pushed off to a lower level staff to allow Luan to focus on another sale. Considering how much money I just spent I feel like the high level service should have continued until I drove the car off the lot. More
