Disappointing service It was my first service visit following my Audi purchase and I left feeling a bit disappointed. There was no loaner for me despite my prior request, which I needed for a mid-day meeting, the car was done several hours after projected, my call checking in on status was not returned, and the promised car wash never happened. Service staff was friendly and the use of Lyft to get me where I needed to be instead of a loaner was great, but the experience left more to be desired. More

Long pick up experience Helpful in setting up a recall service appt, but the pick-up was not impressive. I called before and they said it was totally ready, then I waited 35 Helpful in setting up a recall service appt, but the pick-up was not impressive. I called before and they said it was totally ready, then I waited 35 minutes for my car with two little kids. When I finally got it back it was full of trash from the parts they had installed, and not cleaned even though the paperwork showed a complimentary cleaning. I know it was a busy day but not what I expected! Nice employees and the important repairs were completed, but it did seem like we were low priority compared to other customers. More

Not organized at all Car was not washed or vacuum when I got my car back. They did not even have all the answers for the diagnosis. There was a parking brake malfunction light on and I had to call multiple times to get answers. They ended up paying for everything after the fact but it was a terrible experience. I would have rather paid and received what I requested. More

Battery replacement Expensive service for just a battery replacement. Had to call at 5:15pm several times with the service line hanging up on me to get an update. Got it down at 6pm but seems that one fuse is down as the front cigarette lighters are not working any more. More
