A month ago I called and service said they had the part so I scheduled an appointment. I showed up for the appointment only to learn they did not have the part. That being said, when they did get the part in a few days later, Sergio called immediately, did the recall repair in a very timely way, and the service was excellent. More

Not all dealers are like this and Ahres by far was the best service advisor I’ve had with any car. It makes a difference when deciding on my next vehicle! He was very efficient and John the other advisor was also there to help make the process smooth like arranging for the rental car even though he didn’t have to (some advisors just sit in there chair and stare into space when they aren’t busy with their own customer).
