Not enjoyable experience for the second time in a row Poor communication about when car would be ready. Took extremely long for them to even assess the issue to provide a quote. Had to call multiple times to push to get the work done. Approved the work on a Wednesday and weren’t able to pick up until the following Friday even though I was told parts would take “a few days”. The excuse was parts are more difficult for my type of car. When finally complete, they asked about giving a car wash which I said yes to. Showed up 5 hours later and to no surprise, car wasn’t washed. More
