All the work appears to have been done correctly and best of all, ahead of schedule. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. And I really appreciate the Lyft pick-up and drop-off. Amazing service from Mr. Sergio Rizo at Palo Alto Audi I had a very positive experience at Audi Palo Alto. I called on Thursday to have my car serviced on Friday. When I dropped off my car, despite the fac I had a very positive experience at Audi Palo Alto. I called on Thursday to have my car serviced on Friday. When I dropped off my car, despite the fact that I dropped off the car in the late afternoon (after 2pm) Mr. Sergio Rizo was able to complete the inspection for me on the same day after I have expressed that I wished to get the car back before Monday. During the service Mr. Rizo kept me updated with the status of the inspection in a timely manner. He was very thorough about explaining the inspection process and the status of my car. His communication was fast, honest and thoughtful. Despite my visit being late in the afternoon on a Friday, Mr Rizo and everyone I have encountered at Palo Alto Audi made me feel welcomed and not rushed. I would rate my experience with Mr. Sergio Rizo and Audi Palo Alto as 10 out of 10. More
