Service for Audi A3 Etron My car required a part that needed to come from Germany. The part took about 4 weeks to come in. I was originally going to leave the car at the deal My car required a part that needed to come from Germany. The part took about 4 weeks to come in. I was originally going to leave the car at the dealer but when Addib heard the part was on backorder he suggested that I take the car until the part came in. This visit was to get the part installed. I dropped the car off the night before and Addib let me know that it would be ready the next day. He continued to communicate and I was able to pick the car up by lunch. All went well so I was happy. My only suggestion on improvements would be in terms of some kind of automated way of letting customers know when parts come in so I would not have to keep calling to check on the status of the part More

Worst service experience ever I dropped in my car for 25K service and other than usual stuff that is performed, I asked for 3 things: 1) Get my wiper blade fixed 2) Get my wise I dropped in my car for 25K service and other than usual stuff that is performed, I asked for 3 things: 1) Get my wiper blade fixed 2) Get my wiser clip fixed 3) Recall fix (they ran out of the recall kits) Upon my arrival, i was told about all good things they did on my car and I drive away only to realize that none of the requests were fixed. On top of that, the display brightness settings were altered (this later got fixed on its own). I take a day off to get my car serviced but now I have to go back again to get the things fixed which should have been done already. This is my first time at Audi Palo Alto and I am quite sure that this was my last too. More
