I called him up, stopped by, and we test drove the Audi S5 Sportback and he was able to provide us with a lot of great information about the car. We also had great negotiations and he worked hard for us, going back and forth to the finance department till we had a price we could agree on. He was motivated to sell us the car and made sure we did not have to go back to San Jose dealership to buy it. And the lady who helped us with financing and lease agreement was also helpful and provided us with a great customer experience throughout the tedious process of signing tons of paperwork.
