It's been almost 3 weeks and I havent heard anything from them. I will have to be calling and bugging now. Maybe you guys can work on better follow through for this kind of stuff, but I didnt want that to deter from my rating as everything else was a great experience. More

Car serviced I had a car that needed to be prepped to travel cross country. This 2006 Audi A8 had been sitting for almost a year and a half and needed some serious I had a car that needed to be prepped to travel cross country. This 2006 Audi A8 had been sitting for almost a year and a half and needed some serious attention. To make it more challenging, I am on the east coast and Matt and I had to work through all of this over the phone. Matt had the car looked over, presented the items that needed attention along with the costs and offered his thoughts on what had to be done to make the car safe to travel. I informed him that my parents were the ones making the cross country trip and he said he would treat the situation as if his mom were making the trek. Besides just he initial items, he went above and beyond to assist with getting the car to pass the smog test. Can’t imagine having to do this task again without a rep like Matt. As a result of his attention, my parents are in the midst of their cross country trip and having an amazing time. Thanks again for all of the assistance!! Darin McCue More
