I was given an immediate appointment,and Service Rep Addib signed me in quickly and gave me a loaner car (all in about 10-15 minutes!). He texted me with progress reports, and when I later needed to retrieve some stuff from my car he showed me what the service guys were doing. Apparently a bad seal. Transmission was removed and replaced(original one sent to Germany for analysis). Everything good now! I appreciated the service, the loaner car, the respect , the communication, and the commitment to excellence. Thank you. More

A new car should not require service I purchased mr Q5 in late July 2018. The car salesman was wonderful. But since having the car, I am seriously disappointed with the service. Therefore I took the car in for service after going to the dealer and taking a test drive to demonstrate what the issues are. I left the car with them today and was assured I would be called by 3 pm today. I called at 3:30 as I had not heard from anyone. I was on hold to talk to a human for about 10 minutes. I spoke to a woman who assured me I would be called in an hour I was not called. I called back at 4:30 and could only leave a message. There was no offer to let mr speak to someone. I left a message but was never called back by Audi Palo Alto. I called at 5:45 and once again could not get through. I left another message. Then I called the operator who was helpful. She told me the car was finished but stated I could pick it up in the am if I could not make it in by 6. So now I have to pick it up tomorrow. One more thing. They did give me a loaner but expect me to replace any gas I use. All for a new car that should not be requiring service. More

Awesome service! I had a really awesome experience with Palo Alto Audi. I had inquired online about an RS3 and they contacted me immediately and did not hesistate to o I had a really awesome experience with Palo Alto Audi. I had inquired online about an RS3 and they contacted me immediately and did not hesistate to offer me a test drive. Drew was extremely knowledgeable and it was cool to talk to another car enthusiast who knows his stuff. The other dealerships I visited were pretty arrogant towards me and seemed as if they didn’t believe that I would actually buy an RS3. They were very hesitant to let me test drive. I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped with finances but she was great too. Anyway, the people here are very kind and helpful and I had a very positive experience. Would recommend! More

I did notice that they had some older, negative reviews relating to the service department. I asked the dealership about them and they said the ownership had changed since then. I must say, they seem to go the extra mile nowadays. Best dealership experience I ever had. Masood was the salesman I dealt with; he was attentive, professional, patiently answered all my questions, and continued to answer my questions even after I returned to AZ. Moreover, Javier (technologist) continues to answer my questions (even on a Sunday!) . I believe the best reviews include negative well as positive. But, frankly, I can’t think of any negative.
