Had car for 3 weeks still not fixed Customer service is unthorough and paid no attention to detail. I was told 3 times that my car was finished only to arrive and find it in pieces. Not Customer service is unthorough and paid no attention to detail. I was told 3 times that my car was finished only to arrive and find it in pieces. Not to mention they couldn’t find my car/key the second time. They wasted hours of my time by not checking on the car first. After having my car for 3 weeks the metal trim on speaker in the door is still not fixed and they have yet to call back (2 weeks after picking my car up) to tell me the correct part is finally in. While I was refunded the price of my detailing the quality of customer service provided from start to finish was terrible. I will not be taking my car back to this dealer for any future servicing.
