My new 2018 A4 tire pressure light problem quickly resolved! I drove into Audi Palo Alto's service center after multiple unsuccessful tries to get my tire pressure light to go dim. Paul came out to my car, showed me how to store my current tire pressure numbers in my MMI, and voila! He was so kind, and to be honest I felt a bit inept considering that I spent my career working on computer systems. That was my fastest-ever car problem resolution! That being said, it probably would have been good to read the manual.... rather than continuing to try to get the optimal 35# tire pressure in all 4 of my tires. Lesson learned! Thanks, Paul More

Then I w Thoroughly enjoyed working with Howard to buy a 2016 SQ5. When I was handed off to finance, I expected it to be easy since I was paying cash. Then I was offered all the various extended warranty, maintenance packages, etc. I’ve bought cars before, and expected this. The problem is I said I would “think about” the 3 for 1 Plan (something like that) and the lady went ahead and signed me up for it, saying, “it’s easy to change it if you change your mind.” When I called to say I would pick up my car early, I made sure to ask them to tell finance I did NOT want the 3 for 1. The lady called me back flustered saying things were too busy that day and i needed to come another time or I’d have to wait. I told her I was already on my way and had an hour left on my drive. She relaxed and said she’d been told I would be there in 15 minutes. When I got here she was visibly harried and her warmth from our prior meeting was gone. The front desk and others helped, and I left happily with my car. I had to follow up with an email 2 days later and request my revised paperwork. I received it in an email that had no greeting or signature, just the attachment. Not exactly what i’d call polite. More
