Great people, slow process Sergio was fantastic, but it took 40 minutes to drop off the car and 20 minutes to pick it up. Excellent service Both the car drop off and pick up were very fast, I was taken immediately both times (my appointment was at 1:00 pm, I suspect they are much busier in Both the car drop off and pick up were very fast, I was taken immediately both times (my appointment was at 1:00 pm, I suspect they are much busier in the morning). I had a loaner to carry me over to the next day. I liked that they used a tablet to take photos of my car upon drop off so that if there were any damage in the shop there would be no question of the condition before drop off as can happen with just marking a sheet. My service advisor was very patient listening to my concerns at drop off. One item I asked was if one item in the car needed service, to call me about another related item. I was pretty shocked to receive a text message with a photo of the second item showing it did not need to be replaced - I thought I'd just get a call. Besides a 20K service, I had an alignment done. I was a little wary because I've had to return cars for reworking alignments at BMW and Acura dealers, but I was pleasantly surprised they did an excellent alignment, especially centering the steering wheel. Overall, a really great experience. More
