Feel like I was robbed Worst service experience ever. The check engine light lit up, so took my RS4 in to have it diagnosed. $5000 later, the warning light is still on and 5 Worst service experience ever. The mechanics at Audi Palo Alto are either corrupt or hopelessly incompetent- instead of figuring out the problem, they instead wanted >$10,000 to replace various engine components (and probably still would not have fixed the issue) As a bonus, was treated like crap by the service rep Matt, who hounded me on the phone for my credit card number, despite not having sent me an invoice. I ended up taking my car to an independent mechanic, and they were able to diagnose the root cause. After reattaching a vacuum hose that had broken off, all the warning lights went away. More

Palo Alto Audi's Tony Oliva came in with the lowest price and had a car coming in with the features I required. During this process I only dealt with Tony. When the car came in, Tony let me know that it was prep'ed and ready to go. All I needed to do was come in sign the paper work and get a demonstration of the car's features.
