John was the only one who came out and asked me if I was ok and then we got the process started for my car’s service. thru the process he made sure to constantly communicate completion times and pickup/dropoff arrangements. Jon was very engaging and was not rushing -- he was just very efficient and friendly. Was flexible with the pick up date as I couldn't arrive as originally planned. Pick up of the car was also very efficient and he gave me fabulous advice on tinting the windows - very knowledgeable. Radek had sold me the car a couple of weeks earlier. He happened to see me both when I dropped and picked up the car. He came out to greet both times to ensure everything was good and that I was enjoying the car. I could have gotten a loaner vehicle but given the fact the the inspection/oil change only required less than 2 hours, I decided to wait at the dealership.
