His update calls frequently lacked sufficient detail, requiring follow up calls to understand the situation. Plus, he told me that I need new back tires due to low tread, but the inspection report doesn't reflect that information. Additionally, he repeated multiple times that they were open until 4 but to please try to get there earlier since he was trying to get out early. Finally, he said my car was ready, but my husband had to wait for 20+ minutes for it to be washed and brought around once he had checked out. Saturday service times are convenient but not for the hassle we had to deal with. More

John was the only one who came out and asked me if I was ok and then we got the process started for my car’s service. thru the process he made sure to constantly communicate completion times and pickup/dropoff arrangements. Jon was very engaging and was not rushing -- he was just very efficient and friendly. Was flexible with the pick up date as I couldn't arrive as originally planned. He happened to see me both when I dropped and picked up the car. He came out to greet both times to ensure everything was good and that I was enjoying the car.
