Great S4 Lease expereince I had ordered a new S4 through Luan and was very happy with how he helped me pick the options and then he stayed on top of things till the car arrived I had ordered a new S4 through Luan and was very happy with how he helped me pick the options and then he stayed on top of things till the car arrived. He was on top of things on the pick-up day and made sure Michael walked me through all the set-up options prior to driving away. I returned my previous leased Audi and he took care of the details. Fahad did all the lease paperwork smoothly and efficiently. Both were a pleasure to work with. My wife leased her Audi with Luan a year ago. More
Bad communication My engine light was on and my car was due for service. The service rep said he would check the engine light first then let me know what the problem w My engine light was on and my car was due for service. The service rep said he would check the engine light first then let me know what the problem was. He called me later that day and told me the repairs would cost more then my car was worth. I asked for a day to decide what to do. The next day he called to find out what I wanted to do and I told him I was going to come look at buying a new car after work that day. He said I had to return the loaner by the end of the day or he would charge me. I had to cancel a patient so I could make it to the dealership before they closed, but made it with 30 min to spare. As I pull up the service rep texts me saying he is leaving and his coworker will take care of me. I get to the dealership and go straight to the service desk to find out that my bill is $600+. It turns out after he did the diagnostic he went ahead and had the service done as well, on a car he recommended that I not keep. I questioned it and the new service rep was unaware of the situation (which I totally understand), so he called the original service rep. I ended up getting in the phone with him and he told me I was wrong, that I told him to do the service and that I needed to pay it but he would be right there. He never came back. All this was happening as I was trying to purchase a new car over in the sales department (an inherently stressful experience in itself). The second service rep handled it very well and I ended up not having to pay for the oil change done, but the way I was treated by the original service rep is not what I have previously experienced with Audi. He pressured me to return the loaner car and had services done on my car that made no sense or had authorization to do. I understand it was a miscommunication and everything was made right, but I didn’t appreciate being acused of lying or him never showing up to work it out. He left it in the hands of his coworker. I do want to say that his coworker, John, was exactly what I would expect from Audi. He made everything right and I will be willing to return to the service department because of him. More
