Worst possible experience with communication I went to this dealership to get two tires repaired on my Audi RS5. This dealership pays a company to answer all of their phone calls. So if you need to get ahold of your service advisor for the status of your vehicle, parts, etc., forget about it. I left about 10 messages for Sergio with this company that apparently takes calls for Audi PA. I didn’t receive a single callback. I finally managed to get transferred to the Service Manager’s voicemail. The service manager called me back and we finally got the tires ordered. Since my tires needed to be special ordered, it was going to take a few days to get them. And since I was driving from Marin to get them installed, all I wanted to do was call my service advisor to see if they were indeed shipped before I drove two hours to get them installed. It took 4 days for me to verify that! So I made an appointment with Sergio for the following Wednesday in the afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, Sergio was not there. John helped me out, but the price that was quoted to me over the phone was not the price given to me when I received the invoice. That’s because I was quoted a price over the phone for two tires, uninstalled! I felt bad for John for the sh*tstorm that ensued. He gave me as much of a discount as he could, which I appreciated very much, and was probably the only good thing that happened during this visit. But it was very hard to get and was still higher than the price quoted to me over the phone. Also, when they changed the tires on my RS5, they left a bunch of dirt and grease on my wheels. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. All of this could’ve been avoided by just letting me talk to my service advisor directly. More

Jon was very engaging and was not rushing -- he was just very efficient and friendly. Was flexible with the pick up date as I couldn't arrive as originally planned. Pick up of the car was also very efficient and he gave me fabulous advice on tinting the windows - very knowledgeable. Radek had sold me the car a couple of weeks earlier. He happened to see me both when I dropped and picked up the car. He came out to greet both times to ensure everything was good and that I was enjoying the car. Very customer focused - both the sales and service teams! Thank you! More

Good after some initial unhappiness Had appointment to meet Sergio who basically brushed me off and told me to wait outside in the lot where I stood around like an idiot and nobody came Had appointment to meet Sergio who basically brushed me off and told me to wait outside in the lot where I stood around like an idiot and nobody came to help me for 15-20 minutes, because they may have assumed I didn’t need help. John was the only one who came out and asked me if I was ok and then we got the process started for my car’s service. thru the process he made sure to constantly communicate completion times and pickup/dropoff arrangements. Car was ready ahead of schedule. Should have been assigned John from the beginning. Thanks John! More
