When the car came in, Tony let me know that it was prep'ed and ready to go. All I needed to do was come in sign the paper work and get a demonstration of the car's features. Understaffed and overwhelmed Only one person was working the check in desk, and he was clearly overwhelmed by the situation. His update calls frequently lacked sufficient detail, requiring follow up calls to understand the situation. Plus, he told me that I need new back tires due to low tread, but the inspection report doesn't reflect that information. Additionally, he repeated multiple times that they were open until 4 but to please try to get there earlier since he was trying to get out early. Finally, he said my car was ready, but my husband had to wait for 20+ minutes for it to be washed and brought around once he had checked out. Saturday service times are convenient but not for the hassle we had to deal with. More
