I could have gotten a loaner vehicle but given the fact the the inspection/oil change only required less than 2 hours, I decided to wait at the dealership. Great service and facility Audi Palo Alto is located just the Embarcadero exit of 101. Very easy to find and plenty of service slots into which to park.
