After calling other services in the Bay area and Audi America, I realized that they are overpriced and over charging what needs to be done. Any other service told me that suggested service is absolutely not necessary, and for the same service quote was 50% of what Palo Alto has asked. When I confronted them with my findings, they become incredibly rude and provided a number of fake excuses. Very, very disappointing treatment and extremely poor customer service. More

Amazing service from everyone I brought my car in for a complimentary summer maintainence inspection. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the parking lot, still in my car.
