I did encounter a delay when returning the vehicle when waiting for a representative. A nice touch would be to offer waiting in the customer service area and text when available. Mediocre tire change service I took my Audi Q5 for a tire change. Nail on the left back side of my car. The service consultant recommend me to change both back tires since it migh I took my Audi Q5 for a tire change. Nail on the left back side of my car. The service consultant recommend me to change both back tires since it might be disalign with new wheels only on one side. After learning that I have a 5 year maintenance plan he change his mind and told me it’s only necessary just to change one side of the tire. One posirice note is they did wash my car without any charge. After they change my tire on my way back, My tire warning light pop up saying that the tire is loosing pressure. This is after I spend the whole day getting a tire change. I wouldn’t recommend Audi dealership, but if you don’t have any choice use them but be cautious about what they advise you. More

Warranty and service maintenance Addib provided good customer service. He understood my problem with the radio in my car and found out, it is covered under the warranty. He ordered the part for my car and now am waiting for them to come in. He did offer service maintenance plans to save me money in the long run. He immediately contacted me to let me know when the car would be ready for pickup. Not able to give it a 5 for the quality of work as the radio issue is not completed yet. More
