Warranty and service maintenance Addib provided good customer service. He understood my problem with the radio in my car and found out, it is covered under the warranty. He ordered the part for my car and now am waiting for them to come in. He did offer service maintenance plans to save me money in the long run. He immediately contacted me to let me know when the car would be ready for pickup. Not able to give it a 5 for the quality of work as the radio issue is not completed yet. More

Excellent service while out of town My check engine light came on while on a business trip to the Bay Area. I needed to resolve this before returning home. I went to service center witho My check engine light came on while on a business trip to the Bay Area. I needed to resolve this before returning home. I went to service center without a reservation and was able to get this fixed on the same day (the oxygen sensor had gone bad). I waited for the service and Matt gave me regular updates while my car was was being fixed. Although the timing of this was personally inconvenient, I was very pleased with the service I received.
