Excellent service while out of town My check engine light came on while on a business trip to the Bay Area. I needed to resolve this before returning home. I went to service center witho My check engine light came on while on a business trip to the Bay Area. I needed to resolve this before returning home. I went to service center without a reservation and was able to get this fixed on the same day (the oxygen sensor had gone bad). I waited for the service and Matt gave me regular updates while my car was was being fixed. Although the timing of this was personally inconvenient, I was very pleased with the service I received. Attention to details Went in for scheduled maintenance on monday last week, and they found 2 issues that required immediate attentions. Decided to let them fix them and they indicated the car would be ready by Wednesday before I flew out the next day. Wednesday came and passed, and I didnt get a call from the dealership. It wasn't too much of a problem since they got me a loaner. They called on Thursday and missed me. I returned the loaner the following monday morning after coming back on Sunday night. I got my car back and noticed it wasn't washed. Not a big deal, but I have expected they would have paid more attention to details. Not a bad experience, but it's not quite there. More
Not bad. I was about 15 minutes late for appointment (appt 10:30). stated we would be reach around 2:30 to 3:00. Closer to 3. Had to get approval for a brac I was about 15 minutes late for appointment (appt 10:30). stated we would be reach around 2:30 to 3:00. Closer to 3. Had to get approval for a bracket that fell out of place for my back license plate. It was approved. A little after 3:30 my car was ready. I was told my license plate was fixed. I have two child seats in back. I wouldn't have mind if they didn't touch them but the cleaned under everything. The only problem I had to put my pads back (on back of front seats & under car seats) & put secure both car seats again. I was told the license plate was fixed. But it was not the put a new back plate in my truck. I wish they were more specific about their definition of "fixed" to manage expectations. Overall average visit. More

Delivery was good but detailing missed some area and ended up going back 2nd time to pick up vehicle. Also, technician could have spent more time explaining "newer toys". Newer cars are loaded with digital gadgets and having some basic explanations make it easier to enjoy those features. More
