Professsional customer focused first service on my new Audi This was my first time utilizing the service center of this dealership. I was overall impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. It’s importan This was my first time utilizing the service center of this dealership. I was overall impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. It’s important to note that the visit was for a basic warranty maintenance check, so not challenging in terms of priblem solving, etc. I was impressed with the small customer focused touches that make a difference- such as offering bottled water and calling Uber’s for transportation during the service time The only area for improvement (I’d take off just 1/2 Star) is the return transportation. The service rep texted letting me know my car was ready and asking for my address to transport me back. I replied immediately, and advised that my phone was about to die, but heard nothing for 20 minutes so called my own Uber back. If this is the mechanism for customer transportation, the response should be timely. Otherwise everything was great! More

Another bad experience. Addib was my service rep. When I went To pick up my car I stood next to all the reps and no one even acknowledged me for 20 minutes. One 5 second signature later and they pulled my car around. It was clearly marked on my receipt that it had been washed and vacuumed. It had NOT been. It was returned to me dirtier than when I left it covered in dust and fingerprints all over the windows. Tires still dirty. So my question is if they lie to me that my car was washed and clearly wansnt how do I know That ANY service was done on my vehicle. The truth is I dont And As someone who spent 60k+ at this dealership I would hope for a little more respect than that. I sent Multiple txts to Addib but he never responded. Terrible service. More
