Almost 4 hours to buy a cash-deal car We had picked out a car (an A8) and knew which one it was. After showing up at the dealership, we met our salesman and went for a test drive. That was fine, but once we got back and indicated that we were interested, we started getting inundated with paperwork to sign. I would estimate that we signed over 20 pages of disclaimers, disclosures, etc. It took over 3 hours to go thru the paperwork. Once they were finished with the salesman, we got sent to the finance guy (we were paying cash) where we spend another 30-40 min filling out even more forms. Finally, they told us our car was ready outside, and was fully gassed up and ready to go. We hopped in, got onto 101 south, and after about 3 miles, we got a low-fuel warning. We pulled over and got gas, and once we got home, we contacted Richard, the sales manager. who apologized and in the end, did compensate us for the fuel. We then noticed that our valet key was missing. We called the salesman, who promised to send it out "right away' We called again several days later when the key had not arrived. He promised to put the key in the mail, and we did receive it about 3 days later. All-in-all, I would not return to this dealership, as they really don't seem to have their act together. More
Quick and thorough service experience. Victor was very helpful and went above and beyond with his service level. Hamid was responsive over email and it was nice to have a familiar face to make the transition from sales to service. More

Service, check engine I brought my A3 eTron in for regular service (25k miles) and to fix whatever was causing check engine light. I was informed that the issue was a full charcoal filter in fuel system, caused by over-filling fuel tank. Audi USA was refusing to fix, saying it was user error. It took a little time, but Audi PA went to bat for me and got it fixed under warranty. More

Software problem Had a problem with my sunroof not closing properly or opening properly. Call Audi and brought it in the next day. It turned out to be a software error Had a problem with my sunroof not closing properly or opening properly. Call Audi and brought it in the next day. It turned out to be a software error and new firmware was loaded. Roof works great. Glad they could get to it right away because I was on my way out of town for a month. Thanks! More
Bad experience got from this site 1. I got my service done at this dealer, service is done well, they gave recommendations, which is good. But after I return my loaner car, they charge 1. But after I return my loaner car, they charge me 6.9 gallon gas, I only drove 31 miles from their receipt. How it comes to around 7 gallon gas for Audi Q5, it’s not a tank. Not sure what’s going on there, but don’t fool the customer, if you fool once, you lost the customer 2. This time I ask to reprogramming my Ecu, and service man asked for three hour’s labor to do that, I happened to see their workingsheet, it only take 1.98 hours. This only minor negative impression. Due to the uncertainty of the estimated time, I can accept it though. More
