He even responded on his day off and late nights when I had time to think of and ask questions. The day I came in, he was polite, showed me the vehicle. Obtaining the final sales price was a quite simple process, unlike other experiences I have had going back and forth amongst various levels of management. Drew continued to provide post sales support by helping me address a warranty repair that was agreed upon as part of the sale.
