I feel cheated The service has always been overpriced, but I had the Audi Care and thought that gave me a good deal.I bought the Audi care again and was told that it The service has always been overpriced, but I had the Audi Care and thought that gave me a good deal.I bought the Audi care again and was told that it would apply to my next two routine services. When I brought my Audi in this week for the second service on the Care, I was told that it had expired just last month!! I'm upset that I wasted the money I spent on the Audi Care and somehow thought that the service department was looking out for me. Since it had just expired, I asked if I could get a courtesy of applying the Audi Care anyway and was told no. I feel cheated and not happy to spend more money than I should have spent and not happy that I got talked into the second Audi Care program. I realize I have responsibility to watch the expiration date, but I did bring in the car for the recall last month and they looked everything over and at that time I thought we should do the service but they said I should wait a month or two for the service. This is not right and I would like a supervisor to look it over and give me some part of the money back. More

Thank you Sergio 10K service on my new car completed to perfection. My service rep, Sergio, was helpful and professional. Pickup was less smooth. Collecting the car 10K service on my new car completed to perfection. My service rep, Sergio, was helpful and professional. Pickup was less smooth. Collecting the car at the end of the day took too long, maybe 20 minutes. I think they lost track of me or the car given 5+ people came after me and got their car first. More
