Disappointing first experience with service dept I bought a CPO that needed a small part replaced as well as. a detail that wasn't done at time of purchase. I was called to say the part was in but wh I bought a CPO that needed a small part replaced as well as. a detail that wasn't done at time of purchase. I was called to say the part was in but when I called back to schedule I was constantly put on hold ( one time 15 minutes), received conflicting info ( it will take a few hours to it will take a few days) I left messages on voicemails and never received calls back. The only way this actually got handled is I called my sales rep a week later and he set the appointment up. I dropped my car off and service rep forgot to call me say car was done... and the day before when I called the operator to see if it was ready, she Said she couldn't find him but she'd send him an email... "an email? I say... does he check email during the day"... she hesitated and said, well, maybe you should call back". Totally disappointed with service. Larry- sales rep was awesome More

Felt cheated and lost trust in a dealership I've used for ye Went to get an airbag recall fixed. Got a text from the adviser saying the check engine light had come on - felt my stomach churn since had just got t Went to get an airbag recall fixed. Got a text from the adviser saying the check engine light had come on - felt my stomach churn since had just got the car serviced from the very dealership a little while ago and was told we'll see you at the next service. Adviser sent a quote to investigate further - my options - take it to another mechanic or get it checked. When the check engine light comes on and the car is at a workshop you don't delay so I agree to pay over $200 for investigation. Get a second quote for over $2000 to fix the issue at which point I call another mechanic who tells me the service center is searching. So I decline and go to pick up the car still worried about the check engine light. Turns out it didn't come on - adviser says it may have been for another car and got mixed up. They had seen an error code and wanted to investigate. Really!! Such an underhanded way to get money from loyal customers. More

Regular service and brake work I typically have a great experience at Audi but i am on the fence about replacing my car and now I’m not sure it will be with Audi. I had to wait far I typically have a great experience at Audi but i am on the fence about replacing my car and now I’m not sure it will be with Audi. I had to wait far too long for someone to take my car at the appointment and then felt completely forgotten when waiting for the loaner. I got info on needing brake work and after considering it approved what i thought was front and back breaks. When i picked up the car, they had only done front breaks. The service person was looking to save me money and made the call to not do back breaks because they were only in the yellow. I left my sunglasses in the loaner (totally my fault) however they were excruciatingly slow to reapond to even reviewing my message - i had to call again. Next day still no follow up on whether or not car was returned with or without my glasses. In addition the blue that they put in my fuel area exploded all over the exterior of my car. I left a message and sent a photo to my service person and he never responded again i had to call them. It’s an hour later now and NO PHONE CALL BACK!!! Super unhappy. More
