Great Experience at Palo Alto Audi w/ Paola I came into Palo Alto Audi looking for an A4. I had a specific set of specifications I was looking for; and I knew there were a few cars on the lot ba I came into Palo Alto Audi looking for an A4. I had a specific set of specifications I was looking for; and I knew there were a few cars on the lot based on my online research. Paola and I sat down to discuss what I was looking for. There was (1) specific car that I was very interested in. I was able to do a test drive and then talk about cost. This was a simple conversation where I was able to get the car down the price I wanted within a very short amount of time. This, im telling you, was a very good experience and I am happy I made my way to Palo Alto over a few other dealerships. Moving on...I was able to get all my paper work done quickly while the car was being detailed (dang, all my windows were covered in streaks)! *I think this could be taken up with the detail team I was then on the road as a very happy customer.
