Regular service and brake work I typically have a great experience at Audi but i am on the fence about replacing my car and now I’m not sure it will be with Audi. I had to wait far I typically have a great experience at Audi but i am on the fence about replacing my car and now I’m not sure it will be with Audi. I had to wait far too long for someone to take my car at the appointment and then felt completely forgotten when waiting for the loaner. I got info on needing brake work and after considering it approved what i thought was front and back breaks. When i picked up the car, they had only done front breaks. The service person was looking to save me money and made the call to not do back breaks because they were only in the yellow. I left my sunglasses in the loaner (totally my fault) however they were excruciatingly slow to reapond to even reviewing my message - i had to call again. Next day still no follow up on whether or not car was returned with or without my glasses. In addition the blue that they put in my fuel area exploded all over the exterior of my car. I left a message and sent a photo to my service person and he never responded again i had to call them. It’s an hour later now and NO PHONE CALL BACK!!! Super unhappy. More

Great Experience at Palo Alto Audi w/ Paola I came into Palo Alto Audi looking for an A4. I had a specific set of specifications I was looking for; and I knew there were a few cars on the lot ba I came into Palo Alto Audi looking for an A4. I had a specific set of specifications I was looking for; and I knew there were a few cars on the lot based on my online research. Paola and I sat down to discuss what I was looking for. There was (1) specific car that I was very interested in. I was able to do a test drive and then talk about cost. This was a simple conversation where I was able to get the car down the price I wanted within a very short amount of time. This, im telling you, was a very good experience and I am happy I made my way to Palo Alto over a few other dealerships. Moving on...I was able to get all my paper work done quickly while the car was being detailed (dang, all my windows were covered in streaks)! *I think this could be taken up with the detail team I was then on the road as a very happy customer. Thanks a lot for all your help!! Truly appreciate it. 5-star More
