We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience with our service department. We understand the frustration you feel when scheduling ahead time and then having to wait for parts to get in. With some types of recalls, and depending on the repairs needed, we are sometimes unable to order the Audi certified parts needed until the vehicle is physically here at our shop and we can evaluate what is needed. Independent shops are often able to get parts cheaper because they use non-certified after-market parts, rather than the official Audi parts. We always recommend the official factory parts as they are backed by factory testing and warranties, which can save more significant issues down the line. We still apologize for the lack of availability of the parts you needed for your vehicle at the time and for your frustrations. We hope to earn back your business in the future.
