Last minute emergency service We were vacationing in the area when my Audi's water pump failed so we went to the nearest Audi service station which was Palo Alto. They fit me right We were vacationing in the area when my Audi's water pump failed so we went to the nearest Audi service station which was Palo Alto. They fit me right in and fixed it within a day. They also found us a loaner car. Service was fast, polite, and efficient. The car wash was an added bonus. Excellent job and highly recommend. Shout out to Mathew who guided us the entire way. More
