Worst experience so far I got my Audi here for regular maintenance service. The customer service person Matt was very helpful. However, when I came back to pick up the car, i I got my Audi here for regular maintenance service. The customer service person Matt was very helpful. However, when I came back to pick up the car, it took the service center almost an hour to find my car! They lost my key! Called the site manager and left a message but nobody responded after. More

When I was contacted that my vehicle was ready I went to the service department to pick it up, they called for the car, and it took 30 minutes for the car to be retrieved, that was not acceptable. Disappointing first experience with service dept I bought a CPO that needed a small part replaced as well as. a detail that wasn't done at time of purchase. I was called to say the part was in but when I called back to schedule I was constantly put on hold ( one time 15 minutes), received conflicting info ( it will take a few hours to it will take a few days) I left messages on voicemails and never received calls back. The only way this actually got handled is I called my sales rep a week later and he set the appointment up. I dropped my car off and service rep forgot to call me say car was done... and the day before when I called the operator to see if it was ready, she Said she couldn't find him but she'd send him an email... "an email? I say... does he check email during the day"... she hesitated and said, well, maybe you should call back". Totally disappointed with service. Larry- sales rep was awesome More
