Charged three times to get the same problem fixed.d by them Sloppy and unhelpful handling of service related to airbag recall and repair of rattling moonroof component. Not called for a quote on repair of moonroof (being fixed for the third time, on the same car, by the same service Dept.) that cost more than double the amount of the estimate. A phone message I left for the manager, Sven, asking for a call back to discuss this was not answered. I went back to see the service manager. He took no ownership of the problem and insisted I deal with Audi of America to resolve this. More
