Hello Vadim, We are very sorry for your experience so far with your new Audi Q5. It is extremely rare that an engine problem like that occurs after only a few hundred miles and we fully understand your frustration. We immediately escalated your engine issue to Audi USA when it happened and we understand a representative from the Audi Experience team reached out to you to let you know they were working on the process to take your vehicle back. That can unfortunately take time. In the meantime we at Audi Palo Alto gave you a courtesy loaner, which, while it is not your new car, at least ensures you are mobile while Audi resolves this. We have also ordered a new engine for the vehicle, since it will need one no matter what. That will arrive on Tuesday. We believe Addib on our service team has been keeping you updated, but apologies if you have not had a recent update. We have contacted Audi again on your behalf to try to expedite the process and we will also be calling you again on Monday morning to follow up. We fully understand your frustration apologize again for any inconveniences causes.
