However, there should’ve been a bit of a personal touch to the purchase or even after the purchase as I felt that everything was very transactional. Honestly, I had a better customer experience purchasing the Honda Accord a few years ago than this current TDI. It was great that Denis came in on his day off so we appreciated his efforts but it was a bit of a scramble trying to find the keys that morning for our test drive. Overall, there should’ve been a bit of a personal element to the overall purchase of the vehicle. More
