I was loaned a Q3 for the day and my advisor, Addib, was communicative theoufhout the entire process - setting my expectations about when the vehicle would be ready. The lever to pop my hood open had fallen off, Addib made sure this was taken care of as well as the commentary car washing. Thank you :-) More

However, there should’ve been a bit of a personal touch to the purchase or even after the purchase as I felt that everything was very transactional. Honestly, I had a better customer experience purchasing the Honda Accord a few years ago than this current TDI. It was great that Denis came in on his day off so we appreciated his efforts but it was a bit of a scramble trying to find the keys that morning for our test drive. Overall, there should’ve been a bit of a personal element to the overall purchase of the vehicle. More
