The place did not use original glass and also left air bubbles behind the rear view mirror. I called Jesus and he said that Audi Pali Alto could replace the window and recalibrate the sensors all in the same appointment. They took care of it all in a very timely manner. Everyone there was polite and friendly and my car came back like new! More

When I arrived, Sergio did not know how to proceed., however, to make a long story short, he went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied and that the work that needed to be done was covered under my Luxcare package and completed at no cost to me. THANK YOU, SERGIO. My ONLY complaint is that my car was not returned to me clean - I expected it to be washed after the service, especially after having my car over a weekend (dropped on Friday and returned on Monday). Wonderful service I called Audi because I had a service light on. They said I could bring my car in and they would try and fit me in. I told the gentleman at the counte I called Audi because I had a service light on. They said I could bring my car in and they would try and fit me in. I told the gentleman at the counter that we were heading to Tahoe that afternoon. They were wonderful and my car was finished within the your complete with a car wash. The waiting room is so relaxing and impressive. More
