In a nutshell, my Audi Q5 is affected by an intermitting noise coming from the sunroof, which is a well known problem and I wish I knew it before. They refuse to fix it in warranty unless I can replicate the noise with them in the car. It bugs me that even their sale person who sold me the car Michael Low has the same problem on his Audi, so he knows what I am talking about, but they are not willing to fix it for me. Also, the service people acted in a mean way. If I think that I gave them my business I feel pretty bad. Make yourself a favor and buy a good car at a good dealership Audi and Audi Palo Alto are not good, and if you will have problems with your car, you will see it yourself. More

I called interested in a vehicle online and was told that there was urgency to come and pick up the car. Mind you where I live there is currently a blizzard warning in effect. Regardless I was always on time getting back to the sales rep, yet he would wait hours on end getting back to me. He kept telling me because it was the end of the month they couldn’t keep the car for me until after the first. Finally decided to go to a SoCal dealer where I found a great deal and they will hold the car for me for 3 weeks until I’m down there to pick it up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this dealership. All they care about is sales and NOT service. More

First class service My Audi wouldn't start, so I called Audi Roadside Assistance. They had a truck out to pick up the car within 45 minutes, and had me driving away in a My Audi wouldn't start, so I called Audi Roadside Assistance. They had a truck out to pick up the car within 45 minutes, and had me driving away in a loaner vehicle 30 minutes after that. They found and verified the problem with the car, communicating with me the whole time, even asking my permission to do an extended road test. I definitely came away feeling like an MVP, and would recommend their service center to anyone. More
