Horrible phone experience.Once reached,individuals were good Phones weren't working and people that promised call backs did not call back. Took 4 days and many call backs ( 3 ) on my part to schedule a service Phones weren't working and people that promised call backs did not call back. Took 4 days and many call backs ( 3 ) on my part to schedule a service appointment with an overlapping technologist appointment.The general phone number put me on automatic hold 2x and hung up on me 2x before i even reached a person. I tried another number and service person did answer-he commented that phones were not busy and confused a story why I went on auto-hold at all. Technologist phone disconnected several times during conversation and there was a terrible echo. He stated himself he has had numerous customer complaints from different customers about the technologists' phone problems and it has not been repaired yet. Quan was great and Do was helpful once I was able to reach them. Your phones suck! More
