I brought my car in for service under warranty. The water pump was leaking. I called 3 days prior on a Friday. They had an opening on Monday. I dropped the car off Monday morning. The staff was courteous and pump was leaking. I called 3 days prior on a Friday. They had an opening on Monday. I dropped the car off Monday morning. The staff was courteous and helpful. By early afternoon they called me and confirmed the water pump was damaged. They told me they already had ordered the replacement water pump pump prior to the call. They said the pump would come in 1 day. They had the water pump replaced and the car washed 24 hours later. They called me to pick the car up. I was very pleased with the service. Also something very important to mention- they didn't try to swindle me into paying for other non essential services. I will be returning to Audi Palo Alto for my Audi's service needs. More
