I spent $50 on Uber to get there only to hear the car was sold a week ago (days before I got confirmation of its availability). Bruce, their used car manager, refused to reimburse me for my Uber ride. I escalated this to Jon Bittrolff, their General Manager, via email but never heard any replies. Avoid these unprofessionals. Jon Su deserves many kudos in my book! My first encounter with John was in August of 2018, the second recall for the Takata airbags. The part was backlogged and John contacted me the moment the par encounter with John was in August of 2018, the second recall for the Takata airbags. The part was backlogged and John contacted me the moment the part arrived. John responds to my call or text in a timely manner. He is upbeat, respectful, concerned about his clients safety and gives his honest opinion on the subject at hand. The news is costly at times but he is straight and sincere. Steven Caton, the inspector gave a thorough check of my vehicle and even sent a video walk around. That’s a first! There was only one time I had a rude adviser, Walter Skees, I believe,With my first TAkata airbag recall in May of 2017. I’m including this comment now because I did not receive a review request at the time. I highly recommend a review request for every service no matter how small. As you can see I still feel unheard after 3 years! Yesterday’s service was particularly quick! I did receive some costly news and am taking the weekend to make a decision. I have been a loyal customer since July 2011. More
