Improved customer service and timeliness Since, last years service, I was pleasantly surprised the swiftness of checking in & dropping off my vehicle. 100% for improvement. My car was completed on time. On the challenging side, dealership should not be in the tire business. I was told needed new front tires. Not sure which tool was being used to check for tread wear. But, it was way off, after visiting the tire store which my tires were purchased. This was unfortunate. Last time, the dealership told me I needed tires. They were correct. Who looked at the tires? I came to the service dept to repair my glass, which was broken by vandals in SF. The service did a very good job fixing it. The itemized bill included $113.70 for a diagnostic fee.
