Waited about 20 minutes to check in vehicle. Service adviser was a bit curt during check in. The oil change appears OK. No Pressure; Great Car Buying Experience I purchased a used 2017 Q7 from this dealership. Victor was very helpful in helping me test drive and answer all my questions. In the process, he was very nice and did not pressure on me to buy the car at all. We did both local and extensive highway test drive. He answered all my questions in the process and make sure I have no questions. The second visit, I brought my family in to check out the car. Victor did another test drive with us and again was very kind the whole time. When it comes to negotiation, Victor tried his best to get the best price for us, and was very responsive in the process. After the deal, Victor helped prep the new car and showed me various functionalities of the new car. He was very patient. Overall this is easily one of the best car buying experience I had. More
