I took my 2018 Audi A4 to Audi Palo Alto for service where I purchased it 2 yrs ago. I had a recall related to the ECM software to be installed, and I needed my 2-yr service. It was completed, including a car wash, in just over 2 hrs as promised as I waited in the waiting room with my service warranty it was free. All set for another year! More
