Waited about 20 minutes to check in vehicle. Service adviser was a bit curt during check in. The oil change appears OK. 10k service was satisfactory. I see a scope for improving final delivery experience. I was informed that the car will be ready in 2 minutes. I took my 2018 Audi A4 to Audi Palo Alto for service where I purchased it 2 yrs ago. I had a recall related to the ECM software to be installed, and I needed my 2-yr service. Friendly people but once the deal closed then I have not heard from anyone. Was promised plates to be installed and it has been over a month.
