Personalized Service and Great Cars I found a CPO Audi A5 Sportback that was the dealer loaner car being sold at Audi Palo Alto. When I noticed a price reduction, I called to have them t I found a CPO Audi A5 Sportback that was the dealer loaner car being sold at Audi Palo Alto. When I noticed a price reduction, I called to have them tell me if the car had been smoked in or if there was any body damage or accidents. Sidney was very helpful and offered his cell phone to me knowing I was flying from Southern California the next morning just to look at the car. He accommodated his schedule and came in early to make sure I would receive personalized service from the moment I got there. The car is absolutely beautiful and the service has been great! Tony made the long financing process fun and full of laughter. The experience and the car were worth the flight and the 6 and a half hour drive home. Thank you all! More
