He was courteous, responsive, always up front and to the point which I liked. As a team Rich processed the paperwork that evening, and Do Nguyen technologist superbe spent over an hour with us to explain how to operate the e-Tron. He was very patient and addressed all the questions with care and accuracy. He was also available today and very thorough when I had reason to call him about how to activate the charging system schedule, and myaudi connect. Do's function is absolutely indispensable to a positive customer experience with these complicated machines. I look forward to continue doing business here. More

First oil change. Easy to set up appointment by phone. Check in was a snap and waited for in the lounge and show room. Not the dealership's fault but I wish for better signal strength in the area. Did not want to use public WiFi for security reasons. More
