Someone else took his position saying Eric is busy w/ other clients which he should not be given he took my appt. - I don't think anyone in that dealership knows what they are selling when it came down to Tesla. N one could tell me what the main features are and show me how things work. - Couldn't even change the lic plate and we were stuck for 4 hrs in that dealership for just mismanagement and sloppy work. Benny was great and made sure that I was kept up to date with what was going on with my car. But there prices are absurd. Got charged nearly 800$ for coil replacements, and an inspection would have be 1/4 o with what was going on with my car. But there prices are absurd. What I love about this dealership is you can choose who your service advisor is. I have been going to JON SU for as long as he has been there because he gives exceptional service. Once you pull into the service area they will get to you (fast) in the order you came in unless you made an appointment. Even when they are at peak times you can see that everyone involved in check in is doing their physical best to get you processed fast. When the technician inspects the car he makes a video clip of the the key issues with your car and then Jon sends it to me so I can see what they are talking about when they give me an estimate. Once I give them the green light to go ahead with repairs, they do their best to get my car back to me in better condition than I left it. Than includes washing and vacuuming it thoroughly.
