Horrible I have always taken my Audi here for service. This is my second HORRIBLE experience in a row and will never take it back again and never recommend the I have always taken my Audi here for service. This is my second HORRIBLE experience in a row and will never take it back again and never recommend them to anyone. I took it in for 55k service and fix a broken mirror. Was promised it would also be washed. I was never called when it was done. Brake repair I do not need was attempted to be sold to me. My mirror was never fixed. My car was not washed. There was an empty plastic bag left in my car. They were late bringing it around. When I got on the highway, the tires under inflated light came on showing me either no one bothered to check the tires or bothered to reset the system. I asked for new batteries for my remote keys - they were not checked and only replaced when I said something when I left. More
