Meant to be a few hours but ended up being more than a week. No one called or returned my call to let me know what happened. Good Service From Cyrus - 10K service I was greeted promptly by the guys outside, and they were courteous and offered me hot chocolate or water while I waited. It took a bit of time befor I was greeted promptly by the guys outside, and they were courteous and offered me hot chocolate or water while I waited. It took a bit of time before someone came out to check me in, but it was quick after that. I had requested a loaner when I made my appointment online, but they didn't have a loaner to give me and instead offered a Lyft ride. That was kind of annoying because I had requested a loaner in advance and I saw a couple loaners sitting in their lot (I guess they could've been saved for other customers). I needed a car for the day, so I had to rearrange my schedule since I could only get a Lyft ride. The service took a couple hours longer than I was told it would, but pick up was quick. Cyrus was a good service person to work with. He was friendly and professional, and offered some good advice to help save me money. I got the 10K service and a recall completed, so my overall charge was $0. More
