Stopped by on a Sunday and reviewed the plentiful inventory of certified used vehicles, and liked a couple of them in particular. But my wife wanted to be part of the selection process, so we made an appointment and returned the following Saturday. In the interim reviewed and compared all of the Q5's available, and selected a few front-runners. Test drove two, chose one, got an OK deal on my trade-in, and we were out the door to enjoy the rest of our weekend in a new (to us) 2017 Q5! I enjoyed dealing with Travis Brown as our sales rep; he was down to earth and straightforward. No hard-sell, just facts, helpful, accommodating, and good to work with. We were efficient in the process, we got a fair deal on a great car, and we were on our way to enjoy life. Great experience overall. More

Good Service From Cyrus - 10K service I was greeted promptly by the guys outside, and they were courteous and offered me hot chocolate or water while I waited. I had requested a loaner when I made my appointment online, but they didn't have a loaner to give me and instead offered a Lyft ride. That was kind of annoying because I had requested a loaner in advance and I saw a couple loaners sitting in their lot (I guess they could've been saved for other customers). I needed a car for the day, so I had to rearrange my schedule since I could only get a Lyft ride. The service took a couple hours longer than I was told it would, but pick up was quick. Cyrus was a good service person to work with. He was friendly and professional, and offered some good advice to help save me money. I got the 10K service and a recall completed, so my overall charge was $0. More
