I lost my remote key, bought a new one, and needed to get it programmed. I made an appt and had a safety recall installed on the passenger side at the same time. The next day I finally received pickup notice, but when I need a lyft ride to get there, I couldn't hear a reply again. I took a lyft out of pocket, got my car, and sent my lyft receipt to Brendan for reimbursement. He got time to text me for feedback, but never got my reimbursement done More
