I lost my remote key, bought a new one, and needed to get it programmed. I made an appt and had a safety recall installed on the passenger side at the same time. I waited at the dealer and my car was ready a it programmed. I made an appt and had a safety recall installed on the passenger side at the same time. I dropped my car for a safety recall service and was told to pick it up same day. I never received a call for pick up that day and when I called back I could never reach anyone. The next day I finally received pickup notice, but when I need a lyft ride to get there, I couldn't hear a reply again. I took a lyft out of pocket, got my car, and sent my lyft receipt to Brendan for reimbursement. He got time to text me for feedback, but never got my reimbursement done More
