Excellent Sales Agent I contacted Alex Castro a couple of days before Christmas. They had a certified S3 on the lot and I wanted to see if I could get more information. I I contacted Alex Castro a couple of days before Christmas. They had a certified S3 on the lot and I wanted to see if I could get more information. I asked if he'd take more pictures for me and text them. Within 10 minutes Alex had pictures of everything in the car which I had asked about, then went on to make a short movie clip showing the details of the S3. Are you kidding me!? It was like being on the lot. I already had financing so working with Alex over the next day we had everything done for me to fly down from Jacksonville to pick it up. On Christmas Eve afternoon, after a 3 hour flight delay, Alex had me picked up at the airport and brought to the dealship. God bless them for waiting for me, but only Alex and the Used Car Manager were there, but both were very jovial. I signed 5 documents which were correctly prepared ahead of time, and was out the door in 7 minutes. It doesn't get any better than Alex Castro and Audi Pembroke Pines.
